We are committed to protecting your privacy. At Thuja we work with a community of investors, advisors, scientific and technical experts and many other stakeholders (“Contacts”), who we like to communicate with and/or inform on a regular basis (“Communication”). This Privacy Policy sets out how Thuja collects and processes your personal data. Throughout this policy, when we write “Thuja” or “we” or “us” or “our”, we are referring to Thuja Capital Management B.V. which is based in The Netherlands and is subject to the laws and regulations of the European Union. The Privacy Policy explains what information of yours can be collected through interaction with our Services and our Site, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect though our interaction with Contacts information which is limited to the information exchanged by email and other electronic or written forms of communication, and through public sources such as LinkedIn or websites listing such information. The information we collect (“Information”) is limited to your name, address, affiliated institute or company, phone number and email address, and, if shared and agreed exlicitely with Thuja, may also include information such as a curriculum vitae. Your Information is managed in our secure system (Outlook, Excel and MS Access, running within an Remote Desktop System environment managed by OfficeBox) and in our mailing application (MailChimp). We keep this Information for our Communication purposes only. This Information is not shared with parties unaffiliated with Thuja.

You can request to see your personal information at any time and we will correct any mistakes you tell us about. You can also request to be excluded from any mailings or ask that your personal information to be removed entirely from our databases.

When you use the Thuja website, we are not collecting information other than meta-data we receive through Google Analytics.

We will retain personal data we process for as long as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, or as long as we deem useful for Communication purposes.
